Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen is the steampunk chocolate factory at Universal CityWalk. CityWalk is free to enter, so you do not need a park ticket. The draw is the milkshakes: on Universal's menu when we checked on September 22, 2026, they cost $18 to $20 each, and a flight of five mini shakes is $58.
Those prices have risen. Orlando Informer listed shakes at $16 to $18 and the flight at $50 in January 2025. That is a $2 rise on most shakes and $8 on the flight in under two years. The full restaurant menu behind the shakes is the part we would skip.

What to order
One shake, shared. They are big, and many come with cake, pie or cookies piled on top:
- Strawberry Cheesecake ($19): vanilla ice cream, cheesecake, graham crackers and a chocolate-dipped strawberry. The one that looks most like the pictures.
- Brownie ($20): Dutch chocolate ice cream, brownie and milk chocolate swirl.
- Heavenly Hazelnut ($20): Nutella ice cream, hazelnuts and cocoa.
- Right Side Up ($20): the vegan one, a pineapple upside-down cake shake with oat milk topping.
- Marshmallow Crisp ($18): the cheapest shake on the list.
The Jacques' Specialty Flight ($58) gets you five mini shakes of your choice. For a group of four or five, it is the better buy than four full-size shakes at up to $80.
Skip the table, use the counter
The table wait on busy CityWalk evenings is the problem. Orlando Informer's tip is to order shakes from the bar area to the left of the host stand, which avoids the wait for a table; most shakes are available to go there. You get the part worth having without the part worth skipping.
Universal does not publish its savory menu prices in a form we could read on September 22, 2026, and secondary listings disagree, so we will not quote them. For a real dinner, drive into town for The Ravenous Pig or Kaya, or stay in the Universal area and keep dinner simple.
If you do not want a shake
Sundaes run $16 to $17, including a S'mores sundae with marshmallow cream and graham crackers ($16). The chocolate crème brûlée ($12) and triple chocolate bread pudding ($12) are the cheapest desserts. The seven-layer chocolate decadence cake is $32 and serves four.
Fitting it around the parks
CityWalk sits between the Universal parking garages and the gates of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, so a shake works as a post-park treat on the way back to the car. Epic Universe is a separate park with its own entrance, so this is not on your way from there. Pair it with a Butterbeer inside the parks and you have done Universal's two big sugar hits. On Halloween Horror Nights evenings, a shake from the counter is also the quickest sugar before the houses open.
