Universal's parking page listed these prices on September 22, 2026. All include tax and are per vehicle.

Two more details from the same page. Universal Cinemark matinee showings from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. earn free regular parking with the purchase of two or more tickets: you pay first and are reimbursed with your receipt. And none of these CityWalk rules apply at Epic Universe, which has its own parking. Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is free.

CityWalk is a waterside promenade between the parking garages and the gates of the two original parks. The current official map lists full-service restaurants including Bob Marley - A Tribute to Freedom, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Pat O'Brien's, Antojitos, Bigfire, Bubba Gump, The Cowfish, Hard Rock Cafe, NBC Sports Grill & Brew, Red Oven Pizza Bakery, VIVO Italian Kitchen and The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium.

Of those, Toothsome is the one built for Universal rather than borrowed from a chain; our restaurant page covers whether it is worth the wait. Most of the rest are national or regional brands you may have at home.

For entertainment there is Hard Rock Live (a concert venue), CityWalk's Rising Star (age restrictions apply), Red Coconut Club, Universal's Great Movie Escape (escape rooms) and Hollywood Drive-In Golf, two 18-hole themed mini-golf courses.

The two courses are The Haunting of Ghostly Greens and Invaders from Planet Putt. The operator's price page, checked September 22, 2026, lists (plus tax):

• 18 holes before 6 p.m.: $22.99 ages 10+, $20.99 ages 3 to 9
• 18 holes after 6 p.m.: $25.99 ages 10+, $23.99 ages 3 to 9
• Both courses (36 holes): add $19.99 ages 10+, $17.99 ages 3 to 9

It is open daily 9 a.m. to midnight. The after-6 p.m. premium is $3 per person, which is less than the $35 you save on parking by coming then. One course is enough for most families.

CityWalk has been reshuffling this year. Know these before you trust an older guide:

• Burger King Whopper Bar closed April 21, 2026. Five Guys took the space and appears on the current official map.
• Hot Dog Hall of Fame closed permanently on July 19, 2026. Fat One's Hot Dogs & Italian Iced, co-founded by Joey Fatone, replaced it.
• The Riverfront bar on the waterfront was demolished in June 2026 for Luke Combs' Category 10, a three-story, 33,000-square-foot country music venue expected in late 2027. Expect construction walls along that stretch.
• The Epic Universe Preview Center closed April 13, 2026. The Universal Legacy Store, a retro-themed merchandise shop, took over the space and is on the current official map.

The best use is dinner on a park day. If you already paid $35 to park for the parks, CityWalk costs nothing extra, and it sits between the park gates and the garages. The second-best use is a non-park evening: arrive after 6 p.m. on a date that is not a Horror Nights night, park free, eat, play a round of mini golf, leave.

The worst use is a daytime visit on its own. You pay $35 to park for restaurants you could find elsewhere. If you are staying at a Universal hotel, the water taxis marked on the official CityWalk map may spare you the garage question entirely. Our Universal area guide covers where those hotels are.

If you are coming for Halloween Horror Nights, expect CityWalk to be much busier than usual, and parking to be full price all evening.
