Universal Orlando tickets

Read the park list on each ticket, because the rules change with the length:

• 1-day tickets: Epic Universe is its own 1-park ticket. The 1-day park-to-park ticket covers Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure only. There is no 1-day ticket that combines Epic with the other two.
• 2-day tickets: the "3 Park Admission" version gives 1 day at Epic Universe and 1 day moving freely between Studios and Islands. The "2 Parks: One Park per Day" version gives 1 day at Epic and 1 day at Studios or Islands. Two other 2-day tickets cover Studios and Islands only.
• 3-day to 7-day tickets: the "3 Parks to Move Freely Between" tickets list Epic Universe, Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. The terms for the 3-day version grant admission to all three parks "on any three (3) calendar days". The cheaper "3 Parks: One Day Per Park" ticket gives exactly one day in each park.
• Special 3-day tickets: one gives one day per park from $99 a day ($297); a park-to-park special gives 1 day at Epic plus 2 days hopping Studios and Islands, from $119 a day ($357). Both carry blockout dates.

None of the annual passes on the store on September 22, 2026 listed Epic Universe; they covered Studios and Islands, with or without Volcano Bay. Whether a whole day there earns its price is the question in Is Epic Universe worth it?

Universal's calendar shows a per-day price for each start date. Here is what it showed for fall 2026:

For the 3-day, 3-park park-to-park ticket the totals were $451.99 starting September 22, $485.99 starting October 5 and $571.99 starting October 12, 2026. The most expensive stretches on that calendar were October 8 to 16 ($180 to $193 a day) and November 22 to 27 ($183 to $193 a day), which line up with Columbus Day weekend and Thanksgiving week.

Child tickets (ages 3 to 9) run $5 less on 1-day tickets and $2 to $3.33 a day less on multi-day tickets. Universal's starting prices per day for longer 3-park park-to-park tickets fall fast: $114.25 for 4 days, $94.40 for 5 days, $81.17 for 6 days and $71.72 for 7 days.

• One day at Universal: pick one park, or pay the park-to-park premium for Studios and Islands so you can ride the Hogwarts Express between Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. Skip Epic on a single day unless it is the only park you care about.
• Two days: the 2-day "3 Park Admission" ticket (from $161.50 a day) is the cheapest way to see all three parks, with Epic on one day and both older parks on the other.
• Three days or more: the 3-park park-to-park ticket is the default. The one-day-per-park version saves about $20 a day on the starting price but loses the Hogwarts Express.
• Water park: the 4-park tickets add Volcano Bay (3-day from $160.67 a day). Volcano Bay is closed from October 26, 2026 to March 31, 2027, so do not pay for it on a winter trip.

Universal's terms for the 3-day park-to-park ticket say it is valid over five consecutive calendar days from the date you select, and unused days are forfeited. The admission is "non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days", and standard entry includes a biometric scan. Tickets exclude separately ticketed events such as Halloween Horror Nights, and exclude parking.

Because entry is tied to the first person through the gate, a ticket bought secondhand is a gamble you will lose. Buy on Universal's own store, in a Universal Orlando vacation package, or from a seller you can verify; see park tickets without getting burned.

Parking at the Universal garages is $35 a day, tax included, and the same fee applies at Epic Universe's own lot. Universal Express is sold separately: the Epic Universe version started at $199.99 a day and the Studios and Islands Unlimited version at $164.99 a day (see Universal Express explained). Guests at three Universal hotels get Express Unlimited for Studios and Islands included, but not for Epic. Florida sales tax is added at checkout.
