LEGOLAND sorts its rides into Tiny Feet (under 3), Little Builders (3 to 5), Big Builders (6 to 13) and Family Fun. The sweet spot is children from about three to ten, who meet most height rules and have not yet outgrown the theme. Coaster minimums, from LEGOLAND's own list:

LEGOLAND notes that riders under 48 to 52 inches on most coasters need an adult with them. Compare that with Islands of Adventure or Epic Universe, where many headliners have minimums of 48 inches or more. The 2026 addition is Galacticoaster in a new area called LEGO Galaxy. LEGOLAND calls it the first indoor coaster built at the park since it opened in 2011. It is a family coaster with LEGO spacecraft that riders customize, with a top speed of up to 40 mph and a 36-inch minimum. The land also has a Junior Astronaut Training Zone for small children and a shop.

LEGOLAND's temporary closures list on September 22, 2026:

• Pirate River Quest: closed, no end date given.
• The Great LEGO Race: September 8 to October 2.
• Kid Power Towers: September 8 to October 4.
• Coast Guard Academy and Merlin's Challenge: October 5 to 24.
• At the separate Peppa Pig Theme Park, Mr. Bull's High Striker: September 8 to 25.

The water park was listed as closed on September 22, 2026. It runs on its own calendar, so if a water day is the point, check that it is open before you buy the combined ticket.

LEGOLAND says the park has "more than 50 rides, shows and attractions". The main areas:

• LEGO Galaxy: Galacticoaster and the astronaut play zone.
• LEGO Technic: The Great LEGO Race, with a VR version, and AQUAZONE Wave Racers.
• LEGO Kingdoms: The Dragon, a family coaster with a 40-inch minimum.
• LEGO NINJAGO World: LEGO NINJAGO The Ride.
• THE LEGO MOVIE World and MINILAND USA, the LEGO model displays.
• Cypress Gardens, a botanical garden inside the park.

In fall 2026, LEGOLAND's ticket page says Brick or Treat is included with admission. It kept the park open until 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 26 and 7 p.m. on Sunday, September 27.

Those online prices were marked as an offer ending November 2, 2026, and are the lowest available, so your date may cost more. LEGOLAND did not publish a date-by-date price list on its ticket page, and we could not confirm specific date prices. Children under two are free. 2-day tickets are sold for the theme park and for the multi-park option.

Two adults pay at least $158 online for the theme park, against $258 at the $129 gate price. That $100 difference, before children's tickets, is the best reason to plan ahead.

LEGOLAND Florida Resort now has more than one gate. SEA LIFE Florida, an aquarium, is included with theme park admission and kept the same 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours on September 22, 2026. The PEPPA PIG Theme Park Florida is a separate small park aimed at preschoolers, with its own calendar: it was closed on September 22 and open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 23, the day the LEGOLAND theme park was closed. If you have a toddler and a flexible week, that is worth knowing.

LEGOLAND also sells an Ultimate Florida Ticket from $114 per person online, against a $174 gate price. It covers the LEGOLAND theme park and water park, Peppa Pig Theme Park, SEA LIFE in Orlando and Winter Haven, Madame Tussauds and The Orlando Eye, the Orlando ones in the ICON Park area of International Drive. It only pays off if you will actually use three or more of those, on separate days, and each one is open when you go. Check the individual calendars first.

If you are driving from Tampa rather than Orlando, the same 45-minute estimate applies, and the park pairs naturally with a Busch Gardens Tampa day for families with older children.

LEGOLAND gives the travel time as about 45 minutes from the Orlando theme parks, using I-4 and US-27. That is its own estimate and assumes normal traffic. Without a car, the LEGOLAND Express Shuttle costs $8 per person round trip, with children 2 and under free. It leaves ICON Park at 8401 International Drive at 8:30 a.m. and Disney Springs at 9 a.m., and heads back 30 minutes after the park closes. It runs on select dates only, seating is limited, and park admission is not included.

Parking at the park is sold as standard or covered, and Premium and Preferred annual passholders park free. We could not find the day parking price on LEGOLAND's site on September 22, 2026, so check at booking.

1. Check the hours calendar. The park was closed on two Wednesdays in late September 2026, and the water park keeps separate days.
2. Buy tickets online before the offer ends November 2, 2026.
3. Leave Orlando by 8:30 a.m. to be at the gate for a 10 a.m. opening.
4. Ride Galacticoaster first, since it is new and indoors.
5. Plan to leave at closing. With a 5 p.m. close on weekdays, you will be back in Orlando in time for dinner.
