Theme park parking fees

Disney charges one fee per day that is good at all four theme parks, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, and includes sales tax:

Disney Resort hotel guests and some Annual Passholders get standard theme park parking included, and can pay the difference for preferred ($15 to $25 a day). Fees are nonrefundable, and Disney warns that paying does not guarantee a space if you leave and come back later, or move to a different park. Courtesy trams run from the lots to the entrances; at Magic Kingdom the tram stops at the Transportation and Ticket Center rather than the park gate.

Accessible parking: Disney has designated disability lots a short distance from each theme park entrance. A valid disability parking permit is required, and standard parking rates still apply. Universal also has designated accessible spaces for vehicles displaying a valid placard or plate.

Free: standard parking at Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, and complimentary self-parking in the Disney Springs garages. Disney Springs garages open at 9 a.m. on normal days and 7 a.m. on special merchandise days, including every Tuesday for pin releases.

Universal's prices, tax included, apply at all four parks (Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe and Volcano Bay) and CityWalk. You can pre-pay regular self-parking online at the same price.

Self-parking at the main garages is free after 6 p.m. on nights without Halloween Horror Nights, and not on December 31. That offer, and a free-parking deal for Cinemark matinees, do not apply at Epic Universe, which has its own lot at 1001 Epic Boulevard. Volcano Bay drivers use a dedicated section and a shuttle. Halloween Horror Nights runs on select nights from August 28 to November 1, 2026, so an evening at CityWalk in that window may not be free.

Preferred and Premier Annual Passholders park free after their first visit; Power passholders get 50% off.

SeaWorld says it has three options, general, preferred and VIP, and that "parking fees start at $35.00". Its upgrades page recommends upgrading in advance but did not show the preferred or VIP price when we checked on September 22, 2026. SeaWorld's VIP tour packages list preferred VIP parking as an included perk.

SeaWorld sits at the south end of International Drive and the I-Ride Trolley's Red Line runs past it, so from an I-Drive hotel a $2 trolley ride can replace the $35 fee. Details are on getting around Orlando.

At Disney Resort hotels, overnight self-parking is complimentary for registered guests, and day visitors can self-park free while using a hotel's restaurants, shops or recreation. Valet at Disney Deluxe resorts and Coronado Springs is $42 a night plus tax.

The Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve, which Disney lists separately from its own Resort hotels, charge their own guests $40 a day for self-parking and $51 to $61 for valet, plus tax; other visitors pay the same per exit, with validation for spa appointments and dinner at listed restaurants.

Off-property hotels set their own nightly fees, and many charge them. Check the booking total, and remember that Orange County adds 12.5% in taxes to the room itself (see where to stay).

• Stay on Disney property for a Disney-heavy trip: included parking saves $35 a day at the parks.
• Hop, do not re-park. One Disney fee covers every Disney theme park that day, but availability is not guaranteed if you move.
• Arrive after 6 p.m. at Universal for CityWalk on non-HHN nights and pay nothing.
• Use the trolley for SeaWorld from International Drive.
• Skip preferred. The $15 to $25 extra buys a shorter walk, not a shorter line.
• Charging an EV? Disney's ChargePoint stations cost $0.35 per kWh, minimum $1.50, first come first served.
