The Four Seasons sits in Golden Oak, inside Walt Disney World's boundary, but it is not a Disney hotel. That distinction decides what you get. It is on Disney's list of "other select hotels" for 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry, and it runs its own complimentary coach to the Disney parks. It is not on Disney's lists for Extended Evening Hours or for buying Lightning Lane 7 days before arrival.
On its own booking engine on September 22, 2026, the lowest room (a Golden Oak view) was $1,385 on December 8 and $1,700 on November 17, before a mandatory $55 nightly resort fee and tax.

Disney's Lightning Lane page limits the 7-day purchase window to Disney Resort hotels plus the Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve and Shades of Green. Its Extended Evening list is Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa hotels plus the same four. The Four Seasons is on neither. Disney's parking page includes free standard theme park parking for Disney Resort hotel guests; the Four Seasons is not a Disney Resort hotel.
Getting to the parks
The resort's Disney page describes complimentary transportation to the theme parks "via a luxury motor coach", a Disney Planning Center in the lobby, and a twice-weekly character breakfast on site. Its getting-here page adds that direct service to Disney Springs, Universal, SeaWorld and Restaurant Row is available for a fee.
Ask the concierge for the coach timetable before a rope-drop morning. A scheduled coach is not the same as the every-few-minutes bus at a Disney hotel, and early entry only helps if the coach gets you there on time.
What you actually pay
The $55 resort fee covers a wine reception three days a week, 60-minute pickleball and tennis court rentals, golf driving range access with club rental, and a Pasta and Play kids' activity on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. You pay it whether you use any of that or not.
Parking is valet only, and the resort's getting-here page lists it only as "available for a fee" without a number; ask when you book. On the rates we saw, one night before tax and valet comes to $1,440 on December 8 and $1,755 on November 17. A lake and pool view room was $2,240 on November 17 before the fee.
For comparison, on December 8 Disney's own Polynesian started at $976 and the Grand Floridian at $983, with free parking and no resort fee shown.
Capa and the rest of the resort
The resort's signature restaurant is Capa, the 17th-floor Spanish steakhouse. One correction to older write-ups: Capa held a Michelin star through 2025 but lost it in the 2026 Florida guide and is now listed as Recommended. It is still a strong dinner; it is no longer a starred one.
The resort itself is the reason to book: pools, a spa, golf, and the service level Four Seasons is known for. If you will spend afternoons at the pool rather than in the parks, the rate starts to make sense.
Who should book it
Book it for a luxury resort stay with a few Disney mornings, a special occasion, or a family that values a quiet pool over a monorail.
