The June 2026 menu starts with oysters, hamachi, a tuna ceviche, 30 grams of Antonius caviar, a wagyu tenderloin tartare and diver scallops with truffle. "Pearls & Onions" is caviar on caramelized French onion dip with salt and vinegar chips. Mains from the oven include a 7-ounce day-boat fish, a whole local fish, 14-day dry-aged duck breast and a 10-ounce wagyu picanha with potato pavé.

The reason people come is the broiler: Creekstone Prime bone-in ribeye and New York strip, and Akaushi bone-in ribeye, dry-aged from 30 to 120 days. Sides include kimchi creamed spinach, Johnny mac and cheese with bacon breadcrumbs, and tempura onion rings.

• No printed prices. A steak sold by size and aging with no listed price is how a $150 plate happens by accident. Ask the exact price of the cut before you order.
• No star. It has not been starred since 2023. You are paying hotel prices without the Michelin reason to.
• Location. Grande Lakes is in south Orlando, away from both the Disney and Universal resort areas, so for most visitors it is a special drive.

If you are staying at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes, it is a good dinner without getting in a car. Otherwise, Capa prints its prices and has the fireworks, and Christner's prints its prices and gives you free valet.

The dress code is resort casual, with no athletic wear, swimwear, open-toed sandals or hats in the main dining room. Valet parking at the resort is validated for diners. Parties of six or more pay an automatic 20% service charge, which the menu says can be adjusted at your discretion.

The one menu that does print prices is the cocktail list, dated June 30, 2026. Signature cocktails run $23 to $39, several smoked tableside, and zero-proof drinks are $16 to $18. That is a fair guide to how the rest of the bill will read. A drink at the bar, which stays open until 11 p.m., is the cheapest way to judge the place for yourself.
