The Edison is a bar and restaurant at The Landing in Disney Springs, built to look like a 1920s power plant. Its own site lists hours of 11:30 a.m.–11 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 11:30 a.m.–11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Disney's listing shows an earlier 10:30 p.m. close, so check on the day.
The core cocktails cost $16–$19. On weekdays from 3 to 6 p.m., happy hour cuts classics like the Old Fashioned and Bee's Knees to $8. Many guides still describe a 21-and-over, dress-code, cover-charge scene after 10 p.m. That was reported in 2018, when The Edison stayed open late. Neither The Edison nor Disney lists an age rule or dress code for 2026.

What happened to the 10 p.m. rule
When The Edison opened, it turned into a nightspot at 10 p.m. Thursday to Saturday. A 2018 guide describes guests needing to be 21 or older after 10 p.m., a $10 cover, and a dress code: slacks, jeans or dress shorts for men, and no ball caps, sleeveless shirts or flip-flops.
In September 2026 the official hours end at 11 p.m. on weeknights and 11:30 p.m. on weekends, and neither The Edison's site nor Disney's page mentions an age limit, a cover or a dress code. If you arrive after 10 p.m. on a weekend, expect a bar winding down. Call (407) 560-9288 before you plan around the old rules.
What to order
- A Fire in Vermont, $37: WhistlePig 10-year rye, Antica Formula vermouth and cherry brandy, set alight at the bar. The show drink.
- The Edison, $19: the house namesake, with Buffalo Trace bourbon, pear brandy, lemon and honey.
- Patented Old-Fashioned, $19: Basil Hayden bourbon, bitters and demerara.
- Happy hour Old Fashioned, $8: the same idea with Four Roses, weekdays 3–6 p.m.
- Zero proof, $8–$16: the Disco Melon Soda comes with a glow cube kids can keep.
For food at the bar, the DB Clothesline Candied Bacon, with maple, black pepper and pickles, costs $19.
Entertainment and reservations
Disney describes a nightly lineup of live acts across the space, family-friendly by day and edgier at night. The Edison's own events calendar showed no upcoming listings when we checked, so we cannot tell you who is on when. For the bar, walk up. For a table at dinner, book through OpenTable or Disney; Disney calls reservations highly recommended.

That rule was reported in 2018, when The Edison ran late-night hours with a cover and a dress code. In September 2026 it closes at 11 p.m. (11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday), and neither The Edison nor Disney lists an age limit. Call (407) 560-9288 if you are bringing under-21s late.
Does The Edison have a dress code?
No dress code is listed in 2026. The old dress code applied only after 10 p.m. on Thursday to Saturday nights. Swimwear and clothing with offensive language are the practical limits.
How much are cocktails at The Edison?
Core cocktails are $16–$19 and rotating ones $16–$20. Flaming and high-roller drinks run $36–$125. Happy hour, Monday to Friday 3–6 p.m., has cocktails for $6–$10.
